Founded by Jim and Robin Ford in March 2002, FORD CONTRACT SERVICES, INC. provides over 100 years of combined experience in the corrosion protection application industry. We employ skilled surface prep technicians, rubber lining technicians, and coatings applicators, along with NACE-certified inspectors. Our production facility is located in Livingston, TX, west of Hwy 59 North.

Specializing in the application of industrial corrosion protection, we provide exceptional quality and service. With experience in the application of American and German-manufactured rubber linings and industrial coatings. The coatings are used in a variety of different applications and have proven successful corrosion protection in, but not limited to, water treatment and storage vessels, steel and concrete structures, tank trailers, offshore taper stress joints, pipe, valves and also in FGD plants.

We provide complete lining removal via mechanical or hydro-blasting and Installation of new rubber linings or spray coatings after a white metal sand blast per NACE specs. Complete certified documentation for our customers with witness/ hold points,  both in our shop facility and at the customer site.

The 15′ dia x 55′ long autoclave is designed for pressure vulcanizing of large rubber-lined vessels and equipment. On the other hand, the 6′ dia x 110′ long autoclave provides steam curing capabilities for any type of rubber. Cures can be done under pressure from 0 to 150 psi. This particular autoclave can accommodate cures for multiple piping and stress joints up to 100′ in length.
